Sleepy bedtime question: What are the qualities of competitive smash that you love?

The idea of seeing a community turn something not meant for competition into something that is. The idea persists between games as far apart as Melee and Brawl.

Given that games like Dark Souls also aren't meant for competition despite a closely integrated PvP component, you gotta admit, the Smash community's dedication to competition is impressive on that alone.
I hope the Switch 2 has better third-party support.

Normally, I'd say that as long as Nintendo stays behind in the console power race, tough luck.

But considering that the rest of the industry is crumbling under the weight of budgets AND Nintendo consciously made the Switch dev-friendly to the point of feasibly accomodating "downports", there's a good chance the next console actually will. (Though YMMV if Nintendo actually deserves it)

well nintendo will probably get pretty decent support from Sega, BN, SE and the like. It's the western 3rd party companies that are less clear but at the same time nintendo have been pretty good at getting a lot of indie games.

fogbadge fogbadge : There's also the sheer irony that the western 3rd party companies that supported the Switch the most ended up being acquired by Microsoft.
BRYAN CRANSTON WAS IN THE STREET FIGHTER II ANIMATED MOVIE DUB???
This is the only who would win scenario that matters.

Presented in the context of a traditional Looney Tunes style short, who would come on top in a clash?

Bugs Bunny or Road Runner?

This is not a death battle, I am not looking for a list of feats. When two looney tunes clash, one must come out on top, who can make a bigger fool out of the other?
