What I find odd

Wario Wario Wario is that Minecraft has copper and gold ore but no silver ore, like I can imagine silver to have some uses, maybe since it has a history in magic it could be used to craft a new type of potion, like maybe a homing potion.

From that last post, I've started Googling "does Minecraft have insert animal or mythical creature here" non-stop and I'm very surprised by what they don't have. Apparently the reason for not putting in sharks is "they're misunderstood, and we don't want to encourage people to kill sharks", which is fair buuuut... if sharks don't kill people in real life, can't you just make it so that sharks don't kill Steves?

It never really dawned upon me how weird it it is that Minecraft doesn't have official dinosaur mobs, not even a fictional species or as a part of a mob vote - hell, they don't even have a non-boss dragon mob. I'm pretty sure that paleo kids and Minecraft kids are a circular venn diagram.
